How it works
A method, not a meeting
Online coaching only works if it's structured. Every session runs on the same five-part path so your time is spent on development, not small talk.
The methodology
Diagnose → Teach → Apply → Assign → Review
- 01
Diagnose
We find the real problem on film — not the symptom you already know about.
- 02
Teach
We break down the concept until it actually makes sense to you.
- 03
Apply
You rep the read or the move live, on the call, with feedback in real time.
- 04
Assign
You leave with a specific assignment tied to what we just worked on.
- 05
Review
Next session opens with the tape of you doing the work. We adjust from there.
Inside a session
A standard 60-minute session
An example structure — it flexes to what your film calls for.
Check-in
Where your head's at, what happened since last time, what you want out of today.
Film review & problem ID
We watch your film together and isolate the real issue — often not the one you came in worried about.
Teach the concept
The basketball idea behind the fix, broken down until it makes sense and you can explain it back.
Application & decision-making
You rep the read or the move live, walking through decisions out loud with feedback in real time.
Development plan & durability
How this fits your bigger plan, what changes in your workouts this week, and any movement or injury-prevention work your body needs to hold up.
Recap & assignment
The one or two things to take away, and a specific assignment to film before next session.
Between sessions
The work that actually moves the needle
- A written assignment tied to exactly what we covered
- A short list of film to watch — and what to look for in it
- Adjustments to your individual workout, not a generic plan
- You film yourself doing the work and send it before we meet again
